By default, a DDK driver will attempt to connect to a locally hosted CSI WebSocket server - this behaviour works fine on a traditional Windows workstation style deployment but will fail from within a container. BncsFramework.Init has options to override the Websocket address and port to connect to a CSI Gateway container or Windows hosted BNCS-CSI as desired.
